Shipment
Orders take 3-5 business days for process and 2-3 days approximately for delivery. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Puerto Rico holidays or Federal holidays. It depends on the availability of the product. Orders are shipped by USPS and we reserve the right to choose the shipping company. Internationals shipping costs are calculated by weight and address. Unfortunately, Roma has no control over orders out for delivery, lost deliveries can be claimed directly to USPS.

Return Policy
We offer a 15 days’ return policy from the date of delivery, to be eligible your item has to be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it. Your package needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and tag of the item.
Returns are also acceptable in any of our 12 stores
