Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return period starting from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
All returned packages must include the original receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the item's tag.
Returns may also be processed at any of our 12 store locations.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit:
Underwear, swimwear, accessories, long formal dresses, suits, jackets, discounted items, and special sale items.
